The renowned journalist and host, figure of the scientific world, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Bonaldi, will once again take control of the event for this second edition. A walk in the park for one who has appeared on numerous television and radio programs throughout his career. After studying physics and mathematics at the University of Paris VII, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Bonaldi chose journalism and joined the Centre de formation des journalistes. He graduated in 1976 and joined France Inter, a radio station where he stayed until 1984 before being hired by Canal+ where he became a columnist on the programme “Nulle part ailleurs”. In 2000 J\u00e9r\u00f4me Bonaldi joined Europe 1 and the band in Ruquier in the show “On va s’g\u00eaner” and participated on France 2 in “On a tout essay\u00e9” then “On a tout r\u00e9vis\u00e9”. On the same channel, he co-presented the programme “On vous dit pourquoi” in 2002, then “Savoir + sciences” until 2006.
In 2007, he hosted the show “Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des pros” on the channel Maison+ (formerly T\u00e9l\u00e9 Maison). In 2007-2008, he also took part in the “Gildas&Co” program on the Vivolta cable channel.
In 2009, he presented the programme “Je commence demain” (in partnership with P\u00f4le emploi) on France 2, where he presented and tested different jobs.
In September 2010, he presented “C’est dans ma nature”, on the regional branches of France 3. Broadcast on Saturday at 11 a.m., this program highlights ecology and sustainable development. Based on the model of “Question house”, he presents, surrounded by the owners, ecological and innovative constructions.
From 12 February 2012, he will present “Le Mag de la science” on the Encyclo channel, which will become Science et Vie TV on 30 March 2015. In 2013, he presents a few issues of “Transportez-moi” on LCP, a program on transportation.
From January 2014 to March 2014, he took part in Laurent Ruquier’s “L’\u00c9mission pour tous” on France 2.
In 2014, following the discontinuation of the radio programme “On va s’g\u00eaner”, and contrary to many columnists of this programme, he does not follow Laurent Ruquier on RTL but remains on Europe 1 with Cyril Hanouna in “Les Pieds dans le plat”. He will take part in this issue from the start of the 2014 school year to November of the same year.
