Sandrine Delory – Master of Ceremonies
A graduate of SKEMA Business School, Sandrine Delory has built an exemplary career at the crossroads of management, the agri-food industry and regional engagement.
For more than twenty-five years, she has devoted her career to the Ingredia group, where she served as Chief Executive Officer for ten years, until the end of 2024. Under her leadership, the company has experienced remarkable growth, recognised by several major awards: the ANIA EY Agri-Food Award (2021), B Corp certification (2023) and the Audacity Award (2024), recognising both the company’s economic performance and its social responsibility.
With a strong commitment to collective progress, Sandrine Delory is a member of the Association Progrès du Management (APM), which brings together more than 7,000 French-speaking executives to share experiences and transform management practices.
