INTERNATIONAL FOOD RISK SYMPOSIUM
The Phytocontrol Group is proud to be part once again of this FOOD RISK symposium, whose second edition will take place in Nîmes on 8 and 9 June 2022. The success of the first edition was due both to its format and to the content of these two days of interactive conferences, testimonials, round tables, prospects and action plans for the future. Let’s repeat the experience together ! This year the key words will be safety and authenticity, which include the related themes of regulation, traceability, food fraud, the environment, digitalization as well as the new opportunities available to professionals in the food and health sectors. In a context of climate change and globalization, institutional stakeholders, professionals, associations, entrepreneurs, academics, researchers and start-ups in the agri-food sector unite around one objective: to determine the measures and strategies for facing up to and meeting current and future challenges. Information and online registration is already available. Registration includes the 2 days of the symposium, lunches and the gala evening on Wednesday, June 8th.
