INTERNATIONAL FOOD RISK SEMINAR
The first FOOD RISK seminar will be held in Nimes on 2020, January 30th and 31st.
The seminar’s programme features two days of interactive lectures, first-person accounts, round tables, perspectives and action plans. Food fraud and safety will be the central theme, covering the subjects of origin, regulation, authenticity, traceability, digitalization and new opportunities… The Phytocontrol Group and University of Nimes are proud to be leading this international project and bringing together opinion leaders on food fraud with the aim of measuring risks and providing solutions.
The event has garnered strong interest from a large number of institutional, professional, associative, entrepreneurial, university and research participants, as well as start-ups in the agri-food sector, who have all come forward to participate.
The aim is to determine the measures and strategies that can be used to address and meet current and future challenges for food safety in the face of risks.
